LATEST PROJECTS

Bury St Edmunds – Acting on behalf of a large senior fund, overseeing the borrower

Construction of 31 flats and 35 houses – management of the construction, sign off and sales of the phase 1, 31 flats and 10 houses, all in various stages of partial completion. Majority of properties sold or under offer. Phase 2 now underway.

Newcastle – On behalf of Senior lender and Administrator

Part demolished site with planning for 25 apartments. Developed a new strategy to purchase the building next door to create a larger 110-bed student accommodation block.

East Cambridgeshire – on behalf of the lender and Receiver

Housing development of 27 houses, direct procurement of site manager and sub-contractors to complete 12 houses from shell state and completion of site infrastructure.

Sheffield – On behalf of the Administrator

Re-tendering works to complete 10 houses and management of the works and sales.

Deptford – On behalf of senior lender

Part demolished site. Management of tender process for new contractor, site works, layouts, finishes, dressing and marketing of apartments and 2 commercial units. Sales currently underway.
